1. Do some movements with your whole body.
Roll your eyes a few times to the right and then to the left.
Turn your
head from side to side.
Rotate your
arms back and forth.
Rotate your torso from side to side.

Rotate your hips from side to side.
Do some push-ups like half-squats.


2. Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight and begin meditating.
3. When finished, repeat the physical exercises.
